Oh, the nerve of this place! I could hear young girls laughing until 1 am, and as if that wasn't enough, my money is still frozen from their ridiculous policies. What happened to preferential treatment? A simple upgrade or welcome gift would have been nice, but clearly, this hotel is not in the business of accommodating its guests. Disappointing.

The hotel is close to all the Japanese restaurants (in fact, across from one of the best in Paris) and 1st arrondissement in general is fantastic.
The hotel staff is very mixed. Some outstanding and some very inexperienced. Completely paranoid about payments which is a bit offensive.

We stayed here Sept 26th and had a great stay. Was only for a night as we went to a concert at the Olympia, but it's location to the venue was perfect. Also a short walk to the Opera, Louvre, Notre Dame....

Bed was very comfortable and environment was quiet. Central location to Opera House, Japanese restaurants etc.very convenient and safe for single woman traveller.

The staff here were really good, provided valuable local dining tips and unwavering hospitality! The location was superb.
Unfortunately, the inconsistent maintenance left much to be desired, with outdated bathrooms and occasional noise disruptions affecting the experience.
